In light of what has happened today in the UK, I just wanted to express my anger in what happened. How? Why? It really does show how cruel and messed up this world can be/is. 

For those who are not in the UK and do not know what has happened. 

Today, - in Woolwich, London - a man who is believed to be a soldier who has served in the British Army, and wearing a Help4Heroes (charity for helping injured British Armed Forces personnel) t-shirt was, how can I put this, beheaded may be a bit of a strong word but I think you know what I mean, maybe hacked to death, by people for what people/media have said to be radical religious reasons. 

Not only did they kill a British soldier but they also shot down two people for reasons we don’t know. Thankfully, if you can say that, the two who were shot were not killed and were only, if that’s the right word, injured. 

The worst thing, for me, about this utter cruel, disgusting and vile crime was that one of the people who committed this heinous crime had the cheek to go to a camera and say why they did this. One of the reasons that he said was something along the lines of ‘it’s what would happen in our country’. That’s not the worst thing, the worst thing was the fact that HE HAD A LONDON ACCENT. Which makes me believe that he was BRITISH.

Today, really shows how messed up and cruel this world that we live in is. I honestly don’t have any words to describe the anger that I felt when I first became aware of this. I literally felt sick to my stomach that anything would happen in the UK (I know it happens in other countries). 

But yeah, I just had to get this off of my chest. Absolutely disgusting, vile, horrible thing to have happened today.
